    Use of the Liriodendron Mansion is administered by a foundation created to preserve its history and architectural significance. Parks and Recreation also is a sponsor of the Bel Air Festival of Arts, the Bel Air Community Band, Bel Air Community Chorus, and the Bel Air Summer Concert Series. Some of those activities include: aerobics, dance clubs and lessons, baseball, basketball, baton, camps, cheerleading, clogging, hockey, football, soccer, and a variety of fitness programs. Bel Air Recreation Council maintains programs for use of these facilities along with programs for youth, adults and seniors. These include extensive ballfields, the Liriodendron Mansion, trail systems, and many other amenities. Immediately adjacent to the Town are three County parks - Bynum Pond, Kelly Fields and Heavenly Waters Park. The park boasts a popular Creative Playground, an extensive trail network, environmental education areas, and a 5 acre horticultural garden. Rockfield Park is approximately 53 acres, and includes Rockfield Manor, which may be leased for weddings and private events. The town also maintains one community park - Rockfield Park on Churchville Road. They contain a wide array of amenities ranging from play equipment and picnic facilities to an amphitheater supporting an active summer concert series. The neighborhood parks are relatively small, ranging in size from 1/2 acre to 7 acres. The Town of Bel Air maintains five neighborhood parks and one community park.
